Most of the products used are CTMH. I accidentally scrunched the paper when I sanded it, so I just scrunched a bunch more and layered them! Enjoy!

I love You Card

I recently got the Cards magizine and it full of great ideas. I saw a variation of this card and had to make it. What do I with all of my cards? Well, they are in a box for now.

Pink Paislee Layout

This layout is done with the wonderful and inspiring Pink Paislee line. Layout idea is also from their website. I love, love this company and all of their lines. This picture is of my mother in law who lost her battle with cancer on December 23rd of last year. She was such a special woman in so many ways and is very missed.

Sweet Baby Card

Here is the second baby shower card that I made. The baby's room is done in purple so I thought I would stick with that color. Which, by the way, is my favorite color. The saying is from a stamp set from CTMH. The chipboard tree is from Maya Road and is stacked 3 high. Yes, I hand stitched the "Sweet Baby" and the swirl on the inside. Sometimes I don't know what I get myself into! The card took me about 1 1/2 hours to make! Hope you like it and don't be afraid to leave a comment. It helps me grow as a scrapbooker and lets me know that I am not blogging into space! :)

DIY Haircut Layout

His poor bangs! But look at those eyes! How could you be angry at them??

Every kid cuts their hair, or has a brother or sister cut it, at least once in their life. Garrett had his first experience just recently. The journaling reads: Garrett's very first (and hopefully last) DIY haircut. He used my scrapbook scissors for the job (pointed end...Yikes!) and was so very proud of his work. He even cleaned up his own mess. What a Guy!

Girl Baby Shower Card

This is a card that I made for a baby shower. A lot of stitching; not sure what I was thinking. I like doing the side profiles because it shows that the card is not so flat. I think my camera actually takes a better picture from this angle. I have another baby shower to go to on Saturday, so I had better get busy with more girlie ideas!

Hap-Pea Birthday Card

The two peas in a bucket is from Quickutz. It is too cute! I wasn't sure what I was going to do with this die-cut, but I got to admit I am in love with it. Does anyone have any other sayings that might work with this die. I would love to hear your ideas!
